This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

1. The first 20 people comment this journal, I will put their avatar and the three deviations I like most from their gallery on the list! 2. If you comment, you have to do the same in your journal, putting the tagger on the first place. The idea of this is not to get a free feature, it is to spread art around for everyone!
Hey, thanks so much for your response! ...And that watch. ... Wow, I really didn't see that coming. I mean, our subject matter, and medium's completely different from each other!
Well I'm honoured for taking your time to say these thoughts of yours, and it inspires me... I mean, what you've said, and for taking the time to write back, too. I actually didn't expect you'd come back, seeing you were gone for a week, or two. Thanks.
Also, I've left a journal post, just in case you may start wondering if I'm gone from dA for 3 weeks, or more. I do aspire to reach for more ambitious subject matter; like yours, or anyone else in your medium, or level. If it this may interest you, I just drew 3 portraits of a few of my friends with charcoal sticks, and pencils, but I'm pretty sure uploading that here won't impress, or appeal to anyone ATM. I'll figure out what that factor for 'appealing art' is, soon enough. Maybe more polish, or more stylistic choices? ...I'll hope to get there soon... or at least to your level of appeal (in the 'traditional' medium, I'd like to move from my own *digital* medium, myself). I can't figure why some artists get famous, and others don't. Wrong target demographic? Haha
From your own words, this (apparently) "proficient, wise individual" may need sometime for himself to understand the world a little bit better. Again, thank you. c:
You're very welcome! I'm only sorry about being always late at replying, since I don't have much time to turn on the computer (yay for real life!). Anyway it was a pleasure to read from you again, and I must say I'd be glad to see the portraits you drew. You can send me a note and attach them, or upload them on dA (I'm sure there are people out there who would appreciate). How about appealing art... many times it's about taking pictures of naked women or drawing fanart of famous series/movies/cartoons... that is, famous, widely known and easy-to-appreciate subjects. It doesn't mean that those things mustn't be appreciated; but more time and patience and passion are required to value illustrations that come from one's most spontaneous feelings. This wouldn't be true if art were just a matter of esthetic, and I'll definitely take my words back if someone will ever show me that beauty is just a matter of proportions. And btw it's true our medium's really different, but I take it as a motivation to see and learn new things. I hope I can ask you for advice when I need it (: as for me, I'll be glad to share what I know, even if it is the smallest knowledge in the world.
I'll wait for your reply. Take your time to understand what you need to, just... don't get too mad if sometimes things just don't add up: stop and appreciate what is there to be appreciated, and you'll see comprehending existance isn't the real aim in life. I'm always here, good luck!
